COOP Cola Classic (Denmark)
COOP Danmark is one of the biggest retailers of consumer goods in Denmark. The company runs a handful of supermarket chains with a total of 1,200 stores. It has a line of everyday products under its own name, with a focus on good quality at low prices.
Until 2019, the discount chain Fakta (later COOP 365) only carried a no-name version of COOP Cola Classic, known simply as Cola Classic. The colas were identical, however. From November 2019, Fakta carried the COOP brand, and the labels and cans were redesigned.
The cola was produced by Bryggeriet Vestfyen for COOP Danmark. In 2025, COOP chose to discontinue its private label cola and instead stocked Harboe Cola as its price-friendly alternative.
