Urban Kola

With the ingredients list displayed right on the front label, Urban Kola is all about transparency. This cola was launched in the summer of 2024 by the soft drink producer Amsterdamse Frisdrank Fabriek, based in the Netherlands.

Urban Kola is organic and contains 9 grams of sugar per 100 ml (for comparison, Coca-Cola contains about 10.5 grams). The company produces its own extract from kola nuts.

The name Urban reflects the brand’s roots in the Amsterdam-Noord district — a former industrial and shipyard area that, in recent years, has transformed into one of Amsterdam’s trendiest and most vibrant neighborhoods.
