Parker’s, PS, and Saba (Australia)
Saba Soda Cola was launched in Australia in the autumn of 2023 as a sugar-free organic cola. The product represents the third incarnation of a cola whose history extends back more than a decade and originates from a company that began as an organic juice producer in Sydney. Since its founding, the business has passed through several ownership and branding phases, during which the cola has been produced under different names and formulations.
Parker’s Organic Juices was founded in Sydney in 2003 by Alicia Parker. The company was established with support from her father, a veteran in juice production, and was conceived from the outset as a producer of certified organic juices. In 2012, the range was expanded with the introduction of Parker’s Organic Cola, which was marketed as a low-calorie cola with 14 calories.
In 2019, Parker’s Organic Juices was acquired by Michael Saba, an Australian entrepreneur active in the organic and premium beverage sector. In 2020, the business was relaunched under the name PS Organic, while the product range was largely retained. The cola continued as part of the portfolio but was reformulated and marketed as PS Organic Kola with 9 calories.

In the autumn of 2023, the PS Organic brand was retired, and the cola was reintroduced as Saba Soda Cola. The relaunch consolidated the beverage portfolio under the Saba name. In its current form, the cola is produced as a sugar-free product with 0 calories, sweetened with organic stevia and erythritol.
