Other Cola

Other LAB is a beverage project initiated by Paradox Brewery, a craft brewery founded in 2013 in St. Petersburg, Russia. Its mission is to explore the boundaries of soft drinks through natural ingredients, and functional enhancements.

In December 2023, Paradox introduced Other Cola, a sugar-free cola sweetened with erythritol, topinambur (Jerusalem artichoke) syrup, and caramel syrup, and flavored with coffee extract, lemon juice, lemon peel, and cinnamon. The result is a lighter and more nuanced take on cola—free of added sugars and artificial sweeteners—while still offering depth and complexity.

It doesn’t seem to contain kola nut, however.
