The stated sugar content of Now Black Cola is 7.7 g per 100 ml. In addition to the regular version, a reduced-sugar Light variant is produced, sweetened with a combination of sugar and stevia. As a twist, the cola also contains guarana extract.

The now Bio-Limonade series comprises several additional flavors, including orange, ginger, and red berry. The archetypal German orange-cola variant is marketed under the name Now Orange Cola. The producer has invited consumer proposals for limited edition flavors on several occasions. This resulted in the release of Now Cherry Cola in 2023, which was produced as a temporary variant and was not retained as part of the permanent assortment.
