Moon Brothers Kola

Among Poland’s many small-batch colas was Moon Brothers Kola, introduced in 2014 by Moon Brothers in Warsaw. Sold in 330 ml glass bottles, it was marketed as natural, vegan, and free of preservatives, though its recipe relied on familiar cola elements such as sugar, caramel color, phosphoric acid, and caffeine. At around 15 mg of caffeine per 100 ml, it actually contained more than both Coca-Cola (10 mg) and Pepsi (14 mg).

The company Moon Brothers specialized in non-alcoholic soft drinks and launched a whole range of lemonades in flavors such as melon, grapefruit with rosemary, and watermelon with mint. The brand disappeared in September 2023, when its last social media posts appeared, and according to the Polish business register the company is now in liquidation.
