Parisian company SAS Cinq Cidrés (five ciders) was founded by five friends who wanted to bring back craft cider to the Parisian cafés. In 2023 they introduced a line of craft sodas under the brand name Mona.

As with their ciders, the soft drinks are organic and without artificial color, preservatives, or flavor. They are sweetened with malt extract and sugar from sugar beets.

Mona Craft Soda Cola contains extract from real kola nut.
