The little French craft brewery Les Brasseurs de Lorraine is mostly known for its beers but also has a line of non-alcoholic beverages to offer their customers. The brewery is based in the town Pont-à-Mousson in Northeastern France in the historical region Lorraine.
They offer no less than 3 different colas. The oldest is Lorraine Cola which was introduced in 2013. This was during a time where many French brewers took an interest in making colas in order to offer local alternatives to the American Giants.
Lorraine Cola was initially launched in spring 2013 as Lora Cola but the name was changed later the same year.
In the year after the brewery introduced Vosges Cola, named for the French area Vosges which historically made up the southern part of the Lorraine region. It is unclear if it is actually two different drinks or rather the same drink with different labels.
Furthermore, Les Brasseurs de Lorraine offers Lora Cola Mirabelle – a cola with mirabelle plum which is a specialty of the Lorraine region.
