Fire of Istanbul Cola

A soda range produced in Turkey but largely encountered abroad took shape in early 2025 under the name Fire of Istanbul. The brand is produced by Egetad Gida and was launched in February with a compact trio consisting of cola, orange, and gazoz. In Turkish soda tradition, gazoz commonly refers to a lemon or lemon-lime flavored soft drink. The range was later expanded with a mandarin soda and an energy drink.

The producer is part of the Baktat group, and Fire of Istanbul follows a clear export-oriented logic. The drinks are produced in Turkey and marketed with a strong Turkish cultural reference, with marketing material often in Turkish, yet the products are primarily found outside the country. Fire of Istanbul is available in markets such as Germany, France, and the United Kingdom, and even as far away as South Korea, while there is little indication that the range is widely available on the Turkish domestic market.
