Ebeltoft Cola

Launched in October 2024 by Ebeltoft Gårdbryggeri, Ebeltoft Cola was the fulfillment of a childhood dream for founder Peder Zacho Hansen, who has loved cola since he was four. His goal wasn’t to reinvent the category or create something radically new, but simply to make a well-balanced cola to his own taste. The launch was followed in spring 2025 by a sugar-free version—partly motivated by the four kilos Peder claims to have gained while taste-testing his way to the final recipe.

Ebeltoft Gårdbryggeri began in 2008 as a one-man hobby project, focused on brewing beer of uncompromising quality. Over the years, the operation grew into a small-scale craft brewery with a dedicated team and a growing fan base. Alongside their beers, they’ve also developed a range of fruit sodas featuring flavors like strawberry and raspberry—eventually leading to the release of their first cola.
