The brewery Крым (Krym = Crimea) was founded in 1982 in Simferopol in Crimea which at the time belonged to Soviet Ukraine.

Other than producing a wide range of award winning beers, the brewery also produces bottled water and soft drinks.

Their Крым Cola (Crimea Cola) was introduced in 2017.
