Clever Cola

Launched in the early 2000s, Clever Cola is an Austrian private-label cola.

The product belongs to the low-price brand Clever, which was established in 1999 by the Austrian supermarket chain Billa, part of REWE Group. The brand was later spun off into a separate company under REWE ownership and today comprises around 1,000 products across food and hygiene categories.

Clever products are primarily sold through Billa and a couple of other supermarket chains within the REWE Group. Clever, including the cola, is also marketed by Billa in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Bulgaria.
