Callister Craft Kola

Introduced in July 2024, this Canadian cola is made by Callister Craft Sodas in Metro Vancouver. It joined their growing range of sodas as the company’s first take on a classic cola style.

Callister began life in 2012 as Callister Brewing, known for its collaborative approach to craft beer. In 2015 the founders branched into non-alcoholic drinks, producing small-batch sodas alongside the beers. At the end of 2023 they decided to wind down the beer production and focus entirely on sodas. That shift quickly led to several new launches—including Craft Kola—the following year.

Today the brand offers not only cola but also Root Beer, Ginger Beer, Raspberry Earl Grey, Hibiscus Lemonade and other limited editions, all produced in relatively small batches with real juice and cane sugar.
