Aquakola

Aquakola was a short lived line of soft drinks from Sonoma in California, USA. Initially launched in August 2016 as Aqua, and re-launched in summer of 2018 as Aquakola with a new design and new flavors.

The main selling point of Aquakola was the content of green caffeine, which is unroasted coffee beans. Green caffeine contains chlorogenic acid, which by some is believed to help with obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and what have we. All this lacks scientific evidence, however.

Aquakola was sweetened with a blend of erythritol and sugar and contained 5 grams of sugar pr. 12 oz. can (a Coca-Cola of the same size contains 39 grams of sugar).

It is not clear to me when Aquakola stopped production, but the last SoMe updates are from October 2019.

The initial line up, launched in August 2016. Note that they are colorless.
Aquakola was relaunched with new design and new flavors in 2018. They kept the kola, though.
