The soft drinks company CAPI from Melbourne, Australia has made a craft cola containing both traditional ingredients like lemon and cinnamon bark, but also malt extract, clove and capsicum.

The CAPI brand goes back to 2008 but the company was sold and took a new direction in 2011. Since 2011 the goal has been to make high quality sodas with locally grown ingredients and free of preservatives and artificial ingredients.

In 2024 CAPI produces more than 20 different sodas. CAPI Cola was introduced in 2013.
