3Sisters Super Cola (India)

The 3Sisters brand was introduced in 2018 by Adhar Beverages, a beverage producer based in Navi Mumbai, India. The initial portfolio consisted of a limited range of beer products and was later expanded to include an energy drink, non-alcoholic beers, and a selection of traditional Indian soft drinks.

The Super Cola was added to the 3Sisters range between May and October 2025.

The producer states that colas today suffer from sugar overload and artificial junk. This is presented as the rationale for sweetening 3Sisters Super Cola exclusively with an extract of dates and for prominently claiming “No added sugar” and “No artificial sweeteners.” Ironically, the cola contains 10.98 g sugar per 100 ml, placing it among the most sugar-dense colas produced today and directly contradicting the problem the product claims to address.

3Sisters Super Cola contains “no added sugar” but still contains a whopping 10.98 g of sugar per 100 ml.
